In addition to helping you burn fat and get stronger, we also want your body to function and move properly. Proper technique will help you do that.
The first day of camp is an assessment day. These assessments are useful for setting goals, gauging overall fitness and tracking progress and calculating dietary adjustments. Almaden Mission:Fitness Boot Camp utilizes the Bodymetrix ultrasound body fat analyzer for highly accurate measurements of body fat.
The Almaden Boot Camp is designed for ALL fitness levels. From working moms to athletes, first time exercisers to athletes or firefighters, boot camp is perfect for anyone who simply wants to get into great shape!
By paying close attention to each boot camp participant, we can carefully modify your workout to your current fitness level. We consistantly vary the intensity and exercises to make your workout challenging. New to fitness? No problem! At every camp, there are campers at all different levels. Your instructor will help you modify your workout and as your fitness level increases you'll be ready to step it up.
